Walking is like drinking a glass of wine for me! I just love how walking on my lunch break relaxes me..
'Oh what a 20 or 30 miniute walk can do for your body and your mental. Therapy at it's best! Especially for our work families. You just need a way to break-free mentally from the heavy workload of life period! That's why walking is incorporated in my daily lunch routine. It feels like something heavy lifted off of me when i do so. I come back into work refueled.
When i'm feeling tired, it refuels my body and mind, as well as giving me a new burst of energy. Opening my mind to new ideas and possiblities.
